We are trying a new hotel before our Aug 22 Sagitta cruise - The Ginger Lily. Has anyone stayed there?

I stayed there last year before sailing on Sagitta and no complaints.
The rooms are REALLY large. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy.
Right across from the beach and walking distance to everything.

They have free breakfast included which I never used and I stalked my
own bar. Staff was helpful.

Price was right. No complaints. I think you will enjoy it. I would stay there
again if I was returning to St. Lucia.

:thanks Good information to know - especially the "walking distance to everything" and close to the beach.

Hello, looking for sailing mates. I find myself sailing alone on this trip, will miss my friend Penny hug. I am arriving St. Lucia on Thursday, August 21 and staying at Bay Gardens Inn. Is there anyone arriving on the AA flight that wants to share transport to this part of St. Lucia and perhaps an island tour on the way?

Kate, wish I could say I'll be with ya, but I have to wait a little longer.

Hello Andy, look forward to sailing with you. Where are you traveling from? How are you getting across island in St. Lucia? I'm sure the Bay Gardens group of properties are in close proximity to each other, maybe there will be time for drinks before boarding. Safe travels!

Kate, i'm travelling from Australia then a few stops in the USA, down to St Maarten for a while, then St Lucia. A few stops after Grenada before heading home. Im flying into George F L Charles airport next to Castries so its a short taxi ride to Rodney Bay.

Hopefully see you before hand for a drink.
