Anyone else sailing with me? This is my second week of a two week journey and I soooo can't wait. Will be my first trip with IWJ but have sailed lots of WJBCs and Star Clippers.

Cheers!

Donna

More like WBC and less like Star Clipper. Actually, IWJ ships and experiences are truly special in their own way! If you liked the others, you should love IWJ.

To clarify a bit: IWJ sailing is more like WBC's Mandalay (not a Poly party hearty boat) and less like Star Clippers in that bare feet, shorts, swimsuits are the norm anytime, anywhere. Hi

Hi Donna. My parents and I will be sailing on the June 5th cruise. This will be our 3rd trip with IWJ and first time to the BVI's. We are looking forward to it.

Donna, I can't remember if you sailed on WBC before all the tours got bigger and more organized with big buses. It's more like a casual Mandalay. You can do the small tours that are organized (van sized), but it's also small enough to just grab a taxi for an Island tour. The crew treats you great as always and in the course of a week you'll find you get a chance to know them.

Looking forward to meeting everyone. I'll probably be hanging around the marina that Saturday night before if anyone wants to come by and say hello!

See you soon!

Donna

I sailed on WBFC starting in 2003 about 10 times or so before their demise in 2007. Looking forward to getting back to the BVI's. Been a couple of years. Thanks for the info!
