Not long now...
We have a large group boarding VELA in St Lucia on Jan 14, 2018.
If you'll be joining us, please let us know! Sharing plans, tips and recommendations is always appreciated. Our group is already spun up!
Fair winds,
Barnacle Brian

Love your signature!

Alas, we will be on a MargaritavilleAdventures.com week at that time.
a land/sea/island-and-bar-hopping adventure in the islands off the west coast of Florida (out of Fort Meyers) from Jimmy's own travel agency. That man sure does have all bases covered!

Thanks. He certainly does; we might just retire to one of his Latitude places one day, since we're part of the '55 and better' crowd. I told Shannon that the various Margaritavilles serve as our temples, or Mecas. The goal is to hit them all at least once.

I'll have to check out the MargaritavilleAdventures. Sounds like a phenomenal adventure.

Yep, Landshark beer is his, for sure.
Check out the Matlacha Getaway if you go to the margaritavilleadventures.com site. That one is ours.

I checked out your Matlacha adventure. It looks like a journey back to the rural, salty Florida I grew up in; fantastic! Say hi to Skip Wiley for us if you run across him. :)

That's a few months ahead or me - my sailing date is 4/15 on the Vela. It'll basically be the same itinerary as the first time as if that really matters. NOT! That's a long time away but definitely worth the wait.

We'll leave her in good shape and the crew in a good mood. If God chooses to smile upon me, I'll still be on board. (Will haul halyards, swab decks and set sheets for room and board)
